We process your information for the following purposes, under these legal bases (GDPR Art. 6):

  • Providing our services and internal record keeping: necessary for performance of a contract or our legitimate interests.
  • Improving our products and services: legitimate interest.
  • Sending you marketing emails about products, offers, or content: based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How we use cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help us understand how the website is used. We use cookies to:

  • Analyze web traffic and page usage to improve the website (Google Analytics, Zoho PageSense)
  • Recognize returning visitors for marketing and email (Zoho Marketing Automation, Klaviyo)
  • Measure and attribute advertising (LinkedIn Insight tag, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads)
  • Count page views without cookies or personal identifiers (Cloudflare Web Analytics, always on)
  • Remember your cookie choice (figaf_consent, kept for 180 days)
  • Offer live chat (Zoho SalesIQ), which sets its own cookies to recognize returning visitors. It loads only if you allow it.
  • Show embedded content from third parties, such as the interactive product guide from guides.figaf.com, which may set its own cookies. It loads only if you allow it.

The analytics and marketing cookies are only set through Google Tag Manager, and only after you accept.

When you visit our website, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies before they are set. You can change your preferences at any time by revisiting the cookie banner settings or through your browser settings. Declining cookies may limit some website functionality.

International data transfers

We use Zoho as a service provider for functions such as customer relationship management, support, and communications. Zoho may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, in line with Zoho’s own data processing terms.

Our website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Denmark, the Datatilsynet)

To exercise any of these rights, or to opt out of direct marketing, contact us at info@figaf.com. We do not charge a fee for standard requests and will respond within one month.

We will never sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties without your permission, except where required by law.
