In this video you will see how you can get to setup the Git integration for SAP CPI or SAP API mgt for that matter. Using the Figaf Tool you will speed up the delivery process quite a bit.
The idea with the Figaf Git integration has been to make a place where it is easy to develop and you don’t need to be an expert Java developer to create the required scafolding.

I do recommend Intelli J Community edition. But it should be possible to use other tools like VSCode or Eclipse.
