B2B Scenarios

The B2B Scenarios page provides an overview of the B2B Scenarios together with their related agreements, partners, IFlows, MIGs/MAGs and Type System details.

1. Presets

Since 2605 the B2B Scenario overview supports presets - pre-defined table views that define which columns are visible. Switch the view using the preset selector at the top of the table.

Figaf Tool provides a default Basic Overview preset that shows all columns and can’t be modified.

With B2B license, you can also manage custom presets:

  • create, edit and delete custom presets (defined per organization and shared across its users);

  • choose which columns each preset shows;

  • mark a preset as the organization default, which is then used instead of Basic Overview when the page is opened.

Preset management requires B2B license. Without it, the Basic Overview preset is used and presets can’t be created or changed.

The scenarios shown here are built from the objects created on Partner Profiles and Company/Subsidiaries. A B2B license is assigned like any other object license — see Configure Object Licenses.
